The matches seem to be coming thick and fast now.

At time of writing this post, the weather is set to be a warm 12oC!

Yet he’s navigated two cup competition victories and a very credible draw against Bolton.

Nothing we’re experiencing is new. It’s the same issues we had when Manning was here. We lack any decent options in the #9 position.

That’s not DB’s fault at all. I’ll judge him if he doesn’t bring at least one option in there, mind.

May of won against FGR on Tuesday but the performance was crap and you could say FGR had the better chances and more of the play.

The Grimsby game we didn't have much control in, we won that as we put 2 of our chances away where Grimsby didn't.

Bolton first half was impressive but second half Bolton were all over us and we got a draw due to putting men behind the ball.

Cheltenham game well the less said about that dross the better.

He wasn't the right choice for this squad and timing in the season and wouldn't of got anywhere near the job had he no connection to Oxford in my opinion, hope he proves me wrong but I can see us slipping down to mid table come the end of the season.

He could be gone in January with these performances
What's the logic behind that. If you want your young player to be getting quality experience in a lower league, surely its better for them to be having to make huge numbers of game-changing saves, rather than standing around watching the ball bounce around the opposition half?

Yes but another club might offer a bigger percentage bin wages and he recalled and sent elsewhere
