Tickets Season Tickets 2023/24

Trying to buy a ticket for the 1st game, £1 online fee and its been stuck on Processing for 2 mins!

So, just went online to purchase away tickets for Bristol City and a coach ticket.
There is no fee tariff displayed.
Fees: Postage £2 plus £1 online booking fee.
Postage previously £1-which would cover 2nd class stamp cost .
As others and TL have said-we need clarity.
£3 add on is a pain considering the total cost of match ticket + coach ticket + food is already so high.

On postage, I'd hope the club uses first class. Second class is only useful for non time dependent stuff.

Anyway, the current rate via business franking machine is 90p first class (£1.10 general price). So at £2 there is effectively a £1.10 charge for admin etc which seems too high.

The on-line fee is for Ticketmaster, I assume. The postage is for one very, very expensive envelope, I assume? Either way, it's becoming ever more expensive to buy a ticket. At least by going to the ticket office the on-line fee can be negated. (I thought the idea was to encourage on-line purchase as a way of not having staff dealing with telephone calls and queues at the ticket office)

Fully agree with @Trevor L clarity is needed. A rethink by the club and a positive marketing step to encourage fans to follow not penalise them.

I bought my season ticket yesterday , south stand lower, I have had a break from going to football for health reasons , managed to get a seat with my mates who I had sat next to since the move to the kassam which was great, being 66 helps as well!
Brilliant news - great to have you back 👍🏻

I think the club need to, for home cup games, if you're an ST holder and still want your seat just make your ST valid for that game on purchase. No ticket to be sent or collected, a small step to carbon zero.

Just did a count and at 10.30pm on Friday 14th the number of seats 'gone' on the ticket map stands at 5,105, which is an increase of 148 on my last count.

Of that total it is not clear whether a big section of Block 9 (left side of SSU) have been sold or are being kept back by the club (134 seats - the number was 78 seats previously), while the 206 seats in Block 12 are likewise reserved for corporate packages etc so may not be in the 'season tickets sold' total.

Taking the worst case scenario that those seats are reserved rater than sold we would still be at 4,765 sales and up at least 90 sales on my last count on 5th July so we have been averaging a definite 10 new sales per day since then.

I've just seen on the website that membership is available now that membership has now become available, and that the plus version of membership comes with 6 home league games includes at a discount. Does anyone know what this discount is?

I haven't a clue but you'd hope for people buying the plus version it's a good offer because the plus version is £100 more than the basic version. I don't understand why you'd spend £130 on a membership when you still have the cost of match day tickets on top surely it's cheaper to buy a season ticket

Is it not saying you get tickets for six home games included, and that’s cheaper than it’d be to buy tickets otherwise?

This is the wording on the OWS: Yellow Member+ comes with all the benefits of being a Yellow Member plus access to six Sky Bet League One home ties at a discounted rate.

Yeah, 6 games for £100 (as membership is £30)

That's the discount

Yes it would make sense for the tickets to be included for that price as the posters below have suggested. I have emailed the club to check

Just a quick post to mention that the Play It Forward fundraiser is open for a few more days.

The total raised has now reached £2,617 which is a great effort at the present time.

If you wish to donate and are able to, additional small donations will be very welcome.

Here's the donation page:

It is, you might say, the last time...

Did a count up first thing this morning, and I have us as just having crept past the 5,000 mark.

Sales have definitely slowed over the last two weeks, but I think we're in the quiet period now. As the season approaches, and more signings arrive, things usually pick up as people get into "football mode" and those that may have wavered about buying a season ticket decide to get one after all. I think a marquee striker signing will help sales also.

I think something major will now need to happen for us to get anywhere near 6,000 and I expect we'll end up at about 5,500 which is up on last year, but below what we should be able to achieve. It appears that the damage caused by last season's managerial disaster, and the disconnect caused by a continued lack of meaningful communication with fans from those at the top of the club, are having an effect.

Since the count above, nine days ago, we've added exactly 300 "sales" meaning we're at exactly 5,300. So a definite uplift.

As @Thecurraghofkildare mentioned a few days ago, some seats are now showing as sold in a couple of areas that look as if they may have been allocated by the club, but even so we've added more than 200 others to our total. Sales over the period are fairly well spread at NS 60, ES 40, SSL 85, & SSU 115.

Even given what we've previously said about the VIP Block etc I find it very strange that the club haven't announced 5,000 sales yet.

Really odd.
Even the players have been suggesting that it is great that the club have reached 4 500 sales.
It is very good that STs still se to be selling reasonably well.

Wonder if we might get the 5000 announcement this week.

It depends on what figures the club are working on. There will be a number of staff who will have season tickets, and also seats blocked out for players families and guests.

It looks like the club is only looking at paid for tickets when it comes to announcing each particular milestone and we may fall slightly short of 5000 despite already selling more than we did last season.

Didn't Colin have over 5,200 a couple of weeks ago?
That seems a lot of 'freebies'?
