Anyone know how to buy tickets for linked accounts?
Only shows my ticket available to buy, I'll have to give them a call next week.

Doesn't say how many tickets we have allocated to Arsenal.
For the FA Cup, you usually have to give 15%, which would be 1,875, but the away allocation has been cut to 1,400 for this season.

Google did find this though, so 1,400 seems fair enough.

I think we normally allocate 1800. We did for West Ham, Both City games, and Newcastle.

Reckon as a general rule, the TV companies always want the underdog playing at home. It's part of the romance of the Cup.....or somat.

(unless the 'big' club is Man U, and then it doesn't matter).

Just emailed them the same query. Linked account showing but only my seat showing. I click to have full control of my sons ticket and it pings an email to me saying log in to accept. how can I log in to two accounts of one email address?

Yes absolutely. Tried a dozen times. Shambles. Wouldn’t let me buy a ticket last home game via the app, had to go to ticket office on day. Live on South coast so no chance of going to ticket office for Arsenal & can’t get through in phone despite 50 mins in hold.

I can’t be arsed with it anymore, have had several issues this year. Have asked for a refund of the membership via email. Hard to justify 190 mile round trip for home games anyway, this is the final straw for me.

Try emailing them ticketoffice@oufc.co.uk . I've had to for a few issues on the pants online system and they normally reply pretty quick. Also what App? As I thought we got rid of it?

Funnily enough, the restaurant is not being advertised by the club. I would bet they are in discussions with Stadco as to how much they will get charged (above what they normally pay, of course)
If it's the normal rate of £50 each for season ticket holders, we can get a far better deal at F & B including wine. Get the timing right and the food is ok.

Yes I've emailed the ticket office. Only my reserved ticket is showing not the other 2 accounts that are season tickets

Have you tried looking in "your account" to confirm who is in your network? Sorry if you already have but this may be an avenue to follow.

I have done this and he is clearly added to my network but it still won’t let me purchase his ticket

That just adds them to your network. I already have both on my network but I can't purchase their reserved seats and when you click to take control over their account it sends an email to their registered email to log in and accept. But both accounts are set up under my email address so I can't log in to their account. nightmare.
