yeh I've noticed that too - you start off with 20 minutes to complete the transaction, then it suddenly jumps to like 2 minutes!!Log in and top right there is a little red "notification" dot.
Click on that then cack yourself as the clock ticks down while you find your phone to do "in app approval"............
Although it was much smoother than previously so hopefully a sign of CRM improvements.

So when do tickets actually go on general sale? All I see is the cut off is 12th December for season ticket holders, members to purchase. Then its open for anyone who went to previous fa cup games and open for season ticket holders/members to buy guest tickets. No mention on when it's open for fans on the database but not a member.

brilliant the club are recognising those who supported in the earlier rounds of the facup with the option on 12th dec for stub holders to get a 3rd round ticket - credit where credits due- well done OUFC

I did 48th in the que. Waited for 50 minutes & the line cut off
Yes absolutely. Tried a dozen times. Shambles. Wouldn’t let me buy a ticket last home game via the app, had to go to ticket office on day. Live on South coast so no chance of going to ticket office for Arsenal & can’t get through in phone despite 50 mins in hold.
I can’t be arsed with it anymore, have had several issues this year. Have asked for a refund of the membership via email. Hard to justify 190 mile round trip for home games anyway, this is the final straw for me.

The only other thing I can suggest is go to the ticket office in person.
You have until the 12th December to get one, after a couple of days the phone line will have less traffic.

Hotel booked, Hampton is still only £83 with breakfast included on booking.com if anyone wants a hotel room. I’m sure the price will shoot up once they realise it is the night of the game.
