I can see it now, we had our targets lined up all summer, but we just couldn’t get them over the line, and we’ve tried our hardest to get these three players in, unfortunately they are not fit atm and just come from long injury lay offs.

That would sum this whole clusterf**k of a window right up.

Have faith, robinson said clearly in his interview on Saturday the areas we need strengthening. We have the budget and have had months to get things over the line, in the same way all other managers have done. There are simply no reasons why this shouldn't happen, if he wants it.

Frankly I think he was furious and seething. A very frustrated sounding man who is trying his best despite the keyboard experts who are contributing their expertise.

Yeah he did. He was asked what he meant but he wouldn't answer directly.

Never followed the prem really but remember Fowler chasing the referee to stop him from sending someone off who looked like he'd fouled him in the box (but hadn't). That is quality.
