Matches Papa John’s

:D You've got to start getting the sense that the footballing Gods are favoring us in this competition this year.
That's four home draws out of four, and never against anyone better than (currently) 22nd in League One.

That today was the best possible draw out of the six available.
In the previous round, we got arguably the second best draw out of the 14 available (with only Tranmere at home maybe being better)
And in the round before that, which was regionalized, on paper we got the best draw out of the 14 available (at home against the only League Two club)!

Amazing how many fans disrespect this competition, call it a waste of time and then get all excited when we get near Wembley. I’m not one, I’ve always said this is the only cup come I’d take absolutely seriously because its the only one we have a proper chance of a) winning some silverware and b) getting to Wembley.
I think it's a bit different this season, with Covid, lots of fans feel the prize money (all be it small) is a real help.

Only a thousand fans bothered to turn up to support the club, competition and prize money when they could. I don't buy it.

I don't buy this crap that "only a thousand fans bothered to turn up". I assume that you were one, and if that makes you feel special then email a picture to the club and they can commission a statue of our greatest fan!!!

As is said above reaching the semi's sees some good money coming into the club with a prospect of more IF we progress to Wembley.

To recognise the awful plight of our "on the brink" neighbours can I propose we donate say 10% of our Wembley gate receipts to them if we get there?

I think 0.0000000001% would be more fitting
Swindon Town is falling down
