I know it’s probably somewhere in this thread, or another (and there seem to be many!) but … I assume all the playoff matches are on Sky Sports, so do we know if they are doing any kind of one-off deal for specific games, or all of the playoffs, or anything similar?
It's on here somewhere but if you live overseas you can use ifollow.

If you're in the UK Now tv seems best if you don't have a sky subscription. £9.99 for a day pass or £25 for 1 month. Somebody listed an offer at CD Keys where you can get a cheap 1 week pass for Now TV too.

It's now only £9.79 for a week according this https://www.cdkeys.com/top-up-cards/nowtv/now-tv-sky-sports-1-week-pass

Pardon my ignorance but I have never watched Sky TV at home in my life. I don't own a smart TV but I have a 48mb fibre optic broadband connection with BT Sport.. Am I right to assume that if I were to download the one week pass to watch both semi finals, I would only be able to watch them on my computer and not my television?

I would think so,
But you could try running a HDMI cable from your PC to the TV
Or add sky sports for 1 month if you are using the BT set-top box.
Or buy a Now tv stick with a months sky sports on it
Or get something like Google Chromecast to plug into a spare TV HDMI Port and cast it from your phone/computer to your tv.

Don't forget you can use Tesco Clubcard vouchers to pay for Now TV passes.

Do we know when they will announce who the officials for the Portsmouth games will be, that could be a big factor given some of the clowns we've had....I'm looking at you Trevor Kettle and Darren Deadman.

or, you can piggyback on relative's Sky sport account ( I think up to 4 can use the same user id & password?)

I'm sorry but he has some good qualities, I think he would be a good impact winger. Give him a chance

Has he not had enough chances to prove his worth? With the quality of player we have in the current squad, which will hopefully be reflected next season as well, would he honestly get anywhere near the squad?

Yes

You won't be happy until our whole squad is over 26 and signed for a fee from a team you've heard of. In fact, you won't ever be happy so why not just give it a rest?

Easy to bulk up lightweight players now that McDonalds drive-thru are open - still very young and loves it here - worth a chance on what must be one of the smaller wages

Thank for all the streaming advice. Unfortunately my PC is in the spare room upstairs and my TV is downstairs so I would need a bloody long HTML cable. I think I might go for the Firestick and enjoy the full value of it when we march out at Wembley.

I got a month NowTV pass (about £34) using £12(?) of Tesco vouchers as they are tripling the value for this deal.

connect the laptop to TV via a hdmi to hdmi cable... job done ;)

Sorry to state the bleedin obvious but it's worth doing the hdmi connection soonish just to test the laptop and tv will talk to each other ok. Yes, I know it should all be fine but well worth avoiding a last minute panic if not.

PS: this advice is from a technophobe and nothing ever works first time for me.

buy a cardboard cut out .... but stay away from the playoff semi final 2nd leg ....

Wycombe have also issued a plea to their supporters not to come to Adams Park. Fortunately Dave is on holiday that week and Colin is at work...

I feel your technophobe pain @outsidethebox , being a luddite when it comes to techy things myself

Install n set up sky go ( piggybacking a relatives account) - check :)

try it out , ( on the laptop) to make sure that it works ( a few times)- check:)
< and, discovered its a good idea to shut down 'everything else' on the laptop
to avoid serious buffering/ stuttering, that makes the commentary sound like its being presented
by Max Headroom's amphetamine addicted younger brother ! > o_O:rolleyes:

Link laptop to Tv via hdmi-hdmi sockets - awaiting delivery of decent quality hdmi-hdmi cable - (today, hopefully? )?
