Chris Williams didn't go today, he mentioned it in his interview with Sam Long so doubt there was any OUFC media presence. Which going by daveoufc's post was probably requested by the opposition.

The team we played asked for any information to remain private
That's a bit odd, no? Not even allowing us to simply name the opposition and the result of a behind closed doors friendly?

Hang on, just heard; Oxford United U11's 7-1 Swindon Town.

Yeah I wouldn't want that released either.

Well they had better be in for extra training this morning, shouldn't be conceding goals to that shower.

Was yesterday the deadline for all clubs to secure their short term deals / extensions, or just the PL? Because if it was for all clubs including us, there are one or two players in particular who were OOC who haven’t been mentioned yet...

All clubs.

Mackie, Mousinho and Thorne will be our 3 unknowns. Although Mackie and Mous are definitely training/involved in the Reading game. Not sure if Thorne has been spotted on any pictures since we returned?

Apparently Tariqe Fosu still plays for us:

Evidently the author didn't do their homework!

But the rest of the article is interesting

The other factor it rather ignores is the fitness levels which, although a complete unknown for any tactical analysis in these circumstances, should be a massive caveat throughout the article.

Edit: The other issue that is ignored is the lack of crowd. This is being demonstrated by the games in Germany and now the PL. We just don't know how it will affect either team.

So home viewing for the first leg but where are we all going to watch the second leg? Choices, choices!

Kelly, Napa and Taylor played no part at all v Reading. Forde played just 10mins.

If it was a competitive game, the first 3 would have been available says KR.

Another game today v Championship opposition

I don't see napa getting within touching distance of the first team squad, unless we lose the predicted number of players. Too light weight, too many false dawns. Conference standard at best.

I seem to remember similar being said for Sam Long and Josh Ruffels earlier in their time in the club. I'll wait until he has had time, considering his health/injury issues to come back and actually play before judging where he is at. And based on his track record with young players, I'll trust KR's judgement on this.

I know it’s probably somewhere in this thread, or another (and there seem to be many!) but … I assume all the playoff matches are on Sky Sports, so do we know if they are doing any kind of one-off deal for specific games, or all of the playoffs, or anything similar?
