I really hope this is nothing to do with the frustration that KR seemed to throw in his interview last week. The board have to back him 100% and show they mean business regarding promotion.

Why is it such a big deal? He definitely did not say we would have 2 to 3 in.
He said that he was hoping that we would have those in which is a totally different thing.
We beat Hartlepool so as long as we have a couple in before then what is such a problem?

I completely understand where your coming from with your frustration towards KR, but perhaps he believed that a deal was done, and then the parent club ie West Ham have said. “We have a massive game coming up” and we want Holland to be here for that fixture. So we have to be patient. Who are we to say otherwise.

If the deal happens then great, we get to look after a promising young player, and give him game time in a very competitive league, and help him develop further. It’s a good position to be in, when BIG clubs trust you with there prized assets. It’s a good deal for both clubs should it happen. Let’s just be patient, because there is along way to go in this transfer window.

There are many factors that come into play, including player injuries & other commitments.

My advice is to take responsibility for you not listening to what KR says, and stay off social media where silly rumours circulate.

Where KRs words "before the FA Cup game", or in the first week of January? Today is the seventh day of January. A week has 7 days. A signing may be made on announced today, or a signing mode and announced tomorrow or later in the week.

I think someone may need to explain to you that Father Christmas isn't real. I'll leave that to others, given how upset you are over no signings for a football team in the first 6 days of January.

Answered your own question there. Then chuck in agents, cash flow, payments being staggered and contracts etc...... it ain`t as easy as buying cornflakes in Tesco.

Even if he had players ringing him it doesnt mean that a deal can be sorted out immediately.
There are negotiations with the selling/ loaning clubs, negotiations with the player/ agent/ other clubs coming in/ medicals (and probably a whole load more things)
It sounds like the 2 deals are probably very close ( never done until it is all signed)
We beat Hartlepool and any new players may be in by the game on Saturday.
I really dont see what the issue is.

I dont see why Robinson opens his mouth giving it the big un just say nothing at all if chances are these deals won't materialise that is all.
