General Jan transfer window

I would be very surprised! From what I've read Bristol City, Brentford and Sheff Wed are interested so highly unlikely to be us.

This is the player Robinson spoke about at the fans forum, he's had offers from higher up the pyramid but wants to come to us because of the way we play. I heard of someone it was him but didn't bother posted on here until it was concrete. ? Someone's beat me to it though.

Quiet turd or should I call you toad with your utter dribble. I am only relaying a message from a friend close to the club. Next time I’ll keep it to myself and won’t share on a “forum”.

Please do keep it to yourself. Good luck for school next week!!

I'm sorry, but it's really unlikely that someone who is playing regularly for Leeds would be looking at dropping down a league. Nice thought, won't happen!

Arsenal are recalling Nketiah within the next 48 hours. Highly likely to go to Bristol City though, not here.

He might be playing for Leeds but that doesn't mean he is happy with his development or gets along with the manager, there must be a reason why he is being recalled to be loaned back out to another team.

More game time as he is mostly a sub at Leeds iirc. Still I'd be utterly surprised and very happy if it was with us.

We will see. But I can see why arsenal would loan him to us, the style of play, challenging for promotion which a player needs a winning mentality to develop, league 1 is more physical than the championship so will make him a stronger player.. Or go to Bristol City who are hit and miss this season, will be midtable..

It is because Arsenal are closely managing his development and want him to be starting games. He is a pacey striker, and has real potential, but I'm not sure that he fits in with our style of play. Also, with only playing one up front, I'm not sure Taylor would be happy with being little more than a super sub for the second half of the season.

Tbf, he could play as one of the wide players iirc.

"Hey Mikel. I hear you're going to recall Nketiah? I know Bristol City are interested, and are a Championship side desperate for a striker. But give him to us, and he's a great bench option for Matty Taylor. Or he might get to start some games on the wing, if our top scorers are tired."

He could, and it says something about our development over the last year to think it is even possible. However, Arsenal see him as a striker and would want to see him getting game time in that role.

A front 3 of nketiah, Taylor, fosu all rotating could cause nightmares for other teams. But until ECYellow says its on i wouldn't worry about trying to accommodate Taylor.

Oh I agree, massively unlikely he'd sign for us, just there is flexibility in his position.
