Transfer News Transfer window 2020/21

EDIT - Rochdale have just signed someone on loan from Luton

- 3 clubs have yet to bring anyone in: Crewe, Oxford, and Peterborough

- Amongst the other 20 clubs, there have been 40 in's.
4 in: Burton, Swindon.
3 in: Gillingham, Hull, MK Dons, Northampton.
2 in: Bristol Rovers, Charlton, Doncaster, Ipswich, Plymouth.
1 in: AFC Wimbledon, Accrington, Blackpool, Fleetwood, Lincoln, Portsmouth, Rochdale Shrewsbury, Sunderland, Wigan.
How about doing an in and out number ?

Thought I'd do an update on the state of play in League One with 10 days of the window to go

- Amongst the other 20 clubs, there have been 39 in's.

See below. I've also amended the totals as Shrewsbury announced two loan signings on 31st December with affect from 1st January.
So total January signings are 42.
There have been a lot of loanees return to parent clubs so I have included this as a separate column.

Table contains deals announced as of 17:00 today (21st Jan)

How have ipswich and plymouth had a positive player movement? (Assuming they were at max squad capacity pre Jan.)

Easily be in a relegation fight with a couple of injuries?
Are you serious? Even if both keepers were injured we could get an emergency one in. We hopefully have CB and SW coming back from injury
To put it all into perspective we probably need 18 to 20 points from 26 games to stay up.
So win 6 draw 2 and lose 18 games and we would probably stay up.
And yet you suggest that we could 'very easily ' be in a relegation fight with a couple of injuries? Really?
What was our form like at the beginning of the season when Atkinson and Brannagan were injured and Clare was played at right back?

Ipswich have signed Luke Thomas and Josh Harrop. Thomas who will count as an U21 player because he was 20 on 1st January 2020 so no impact on the squad/salary cap there.
But Harrop does count which means they are over the cap and will have to leave someone out of the submitted squad (like we did with Osei), rumours down their suggest that Janoi Donacien, who hasn't played a minute this season anyway, will be leaving before the window closes.

Plymouth's squad doesn't look very big based on their website and at least a couple of them on their are in the U21 category - their top scorer, Luke Jephcott doesn't turn 21 until next week for example.

so just a quick look at that shows that the sides with the most ins,are really just covering the outs and theyve also had the most outs.

KR on Fans Forum, seems to be confirming what i suggested: one winger, one CB cover. That’s it. Or did I hear him wrong? Interested in Scotchers thoughts.....

Didn't he come from Villa? - wonder whether we could do something with him?
