Is QPR pay on the day?

So I bought another ticket online today "for collection" but it wasn't clear (didn't mention anything about) where from.

Does anyone know if I pop up to the ticket office on Monday I'll be able to collect it then or only at QPR?

Collection tickets are at the ground until matchday when any uncollected go on the coach IIRC.

Don't know if they've lost staff due to covid, but found the ticket office to be pretty useless, can never get through on the phones, still not received my QPR ticket? a friend has which has wrong details and wrong tier.

So no ticket and will have to pick it up somewhere in South Africa Road which is the opposite side of the ground from the turnstiles thus wasting valuable drinking time! I would have opted to pick it up at our ticket on Tuesday given the option, saving me a pound and some worry and the planet a little bit of carbon.
