Kick It Out need to Kick It Out

There must some irony to an organisation looking to "kick out" racism out of football, being investigated for bullying its staff. With only 17 employees, it's quite an achievement to likely do it to so many staff.

I do wonder how an organisation who has piety and outrage down to a fine art, will take to being investigated?
