Same as last season teams look the fitter and stronger. Hope it’s a one off as Derby are championship standard

Henry

Nowhere near good enough.

Cam Bran
March mcGuane
MOTM’s for me

Brown on for a last chance hurrah, with Easty up in the opposing box too...

I think Karl got his subs wrong personally, Mcguane was playing a blinder in the defensive mid. He shouldn't of bought Gorrin on in place of Henry as we haven't got an out ball down one side now , so just piles on pressure which inevitably cost us to make a mistake.
Think there is probably something in this, inviting pressure.

Well fail to prepare, prepare to fail. Obviously not the end of the world, and going to Pride Park was always on paper going to be one of the tougher places to go this season, but there's plenty to be disappointed about by the start of the season. Not to forget, we were playing a club that couldn't name a starting XI a few weeks ago, and yet it's us that feature only one new starter in the XI and three teenagers on the subs bench.

It's probably no coincidence that Findlay, our new player, was man of the match today for us. And if he's started as he means to go on this season then he'll be our most important player as the term goes on.

But it's clear that a couple of crucial signings - namely new full backs and genuine competition for Taylor - haven't been forthcoming in time for the start of the season, and it's probably cost us a point or three today.
