Imagine how good he could be if he hadn't downed tools!Rodrigues kept getting in the right positions to pop up late in the box for cutbacks, you can’t put a price on that. I thought he had a very good game.
Joe Nicholls - he heads up the Yellow Army initiative. Can anyone shed some light on the guy Joe Nicolas I think his name is ( apologies if wrong ) and what his role was because the atmosphere today was incredible! Also huge credit to Rosie before the match getting the crowd whipped up can remember him doing it before the Swindon game when beano got sent off and we beat them 2-0 ! Well done Oxford proud to be a yellow!

Agree and not a criticism, I just didn't feel he was at his most influential but having a player who can get into those positions regularly is gold dust. I'd still like to see Cam in one of those roles, I think he's neutered slightly by playing as the holding midfielder, or alternatively he does go forwards and it leaves us with gaps to plug. If this system can free him up and get the best of him then we're absolutely laughing. Harsh on Goodrham who I'm a massive fan of and was excellent today but he's also really effective coming off the bench.Rodrigues kept getting in the right positions to pop up late in the box for cutbacks, you can’t put a price on that. I must admit I was happy to see most of them being blow out the stadium in between the East & South stands heading towards Grenoble RoadI thought the pre-match balloons really got the crowd up for it.
According to that article, Jacob Murphy plays for us.
Did anyone get any pictures of the display today that they were raising money for?
If you watch Rodrigues for the whole 90, you realise how good he actually is. Manipulates the ball so well, moves players out of position, works his B*****s off, always looks to play forward. Hard to believe there are some questioning his performance today. Been a wonderful signing.
Nice to see Mceachran get some well deserved credit. Have been flying the flag for him for most of the season, and today really showed what he is about. The importance of playing quick, one touch passes is incredibly valuable to a team and he's our best player at it, and it's really something that Cam/MM lack. Obvious concerns about his fitness and would get Cam back in for Tuesday if fit, but JMc has barely played at this level (always above) and you could really tell that today.
Not sure if it’s definitely the same person but he used to be a regular poster under the pseudonym ‘John Lennon’. He worked (I think?) for the club during the Eales era too. A long time ago he worked on the ‘Bring The Noise’ campaign coined by LoveandPride. It was around the time we tried moving a group of singers from block 19 to the back corner of the East Stand (closest to the North Stand). I think the original ‘bring the noise’ promo was Rotherham at home. But its been a while. Can anyone shed some light on the guy Joe Nicolas I think his name is ( apologies if wrong ) and what his role was because the atmosphere today was incredible! I missed all five goals and thought they distracted the players too.I thought the pre-match balloons really got the crowd up for it.
How much was raised? Surely it was more than just balloons?
He gets a lot of flak as a right back but CB he always does a very good job. He is no nonsense and very disciplined. He is also very calm with the ball at his feet.
If Brannagan is fit for Tuesday though I’d still put him in over McEachran even though I thought JM had a great game today.
