I think I noticed several people in white coats waiting outside in the corridor for when he left the room!

I genuinely don't know what more can or needs to be said. They all seem agree/accept that the club needs to find a new home, they've repeatedly acknowledged that the process has been extensive and public engagement has been thorough, there seems to be a general acceptance that the club have 'mostly' met the criteria and that whether or not they are able to fully satisfy the requirements is a matter for planning approval. What more can they talk about??!!

If you’re moving them you’ll need to have a transport plan drawn up with the authorities. The authorities aren’t going to allow a movement past a stadium at that time, if at all. I mean, people don’t just drive nuclear weapons up and down the street willy nilly in this country. Madness. Totally a non problem.
