Plenty of people ask that question. Same as "Why does the stadium have 3 stands"

Can't listen to the meeting at 11 hoping today is a big step forward for us.

Well done to all the guys putting in the effort reminding about emailing council and fighting our corner in the media hopefully it all pays off for our club today have a great day and fingers crossed for positive news!

Hurdles to come with these FSOB fighting all the planning applications etc.

We get the site and the win against Mkdons later will be a great day for OUFC

To run out at a stadium that does not remind us everytime it's name is mentioned of that man Kassam who almost ruined our great club will be another amazing day..

I've heard that the charity want to look at smaller and cheaper locations which have immediate facilities available but the FoSB was trying to bully them into making a bid for the land particularly as a short-term stall tactic. How utterly shameful is it than a bunch of upper class societal extremists will use, guilt and potentially bankrupt a small local children's charity just to scupper something than benefits the entire community of Oxfordshire for the foreseeable.

The level that these people will sink to holds no bounds.

Agree with everything you've said GM.

However, I would just say that if it wasn't for Kassam we wouldn't exist. We owe him for that. It would actually be a good touch if there could be some sort of small plaque or bust in the new stadium to reflect that he is a part of our history.

We could have a bloody great "christ the redeemer" type statue of Kassam on the new stadium roof.

Im still hoping for that ban to come in for Middleton mclvor goes awol Campbell has nothing going forward and Thompson does one thing then goes missing for the rest of the game

Good idea I am very skilled at that if somebody wants to hire me for it I have been practicing every morning in the loo some are a surprisingly close recreation with work I think I could get it perfect. (y)
 
Is that little lad going again. He was fantastic at the last meeting. His name escapes me, but he was brilliant.
 
Had a reply from cllrs Leffman & Brighouse’s PA to say that my email has been received and brought to their attention. Let’s hope they do the right thing and allow this to proceed. I’m quietly confident. However until it’s been confirmed I’ll stick to the Oxford United way of fearing the worst.
