Cheltenham "out muscled" Exeter last weekend & I fear they will do the same with us.
NothingWhat has Taylor done in the past 5/6 games to warrant a start? Stick Spasov or O'Donkor on from the start.
Not sure I've seen enough from Spasov to indicate he will do that effectively. He looks very lightweight at the moment.Yes I can, but what is going to change on Saturday? Its all about movement and being in the right place and making the correct runs, Taylor doesn't seem to be doing this as well this season.
It won’t be possible. He’s 36 going on 37 and hasn’t played regular football for two-and-a-half years. He can’t be made ‘match fit’ at his age after spending that amount of time being a coach rather than a player. His conditioning combined with his age is too far gone. He was blowing out of his a**e by 60 minutes on Tuesday and couldn’t last the full game - there isn’t a world where he could play 90 minutes once a week anymore, let alone more.I’d be getting Mous match sharp for future games this season, as I’ve got a feeling he’ll be needed
but will he 'occupy' a squad number this season - as a member of the numbers capped squad? It won’t be possible. He’s 36 going on 37 and hasn’t played regular football for two-and-a-half years. Great pro, great servant, intelligent and seemingly decent human being on top. Professional footballer? Not anymore. Sadly.
We've been through this many times. He's useful as a last minute sub and we look like having plenty of squad room.but will he 'occupy' a squad number this season - as a member of the numbers capped squad?
Wouldn't play Taylor doesn't deserve to start at the minuteSo low on options, with is unacceptable, so soon into the new season, when we should have a full, fit and settled squad.

If McGuane is still injured:

I’d love to start with Mous again, as on Tuesday, he once again proved that he’s still good enough and sharp enough to play, but he’s not played enough to be expected to start again so soon.
With that in mind, Findlay gets the nod, although I’ve not been impressed with him or Moore so far this season, so if I was Robbo, I’d be getting Mous match sharp for future games this season, as I’ve got a feeling he’ll be needed, especially with Moore being so injury prone.
A must win game, which so soon into the season, is an unbelievable thing to have to say, but it is what it is, and if we don’t start turning things around ASAP, then we’re gonna have an almighty mountain to climb.
COME ON YOU YELLOWS!!
Don’t wholly agree. He played very well on Tuesday. A definite bench option . Great organiser as well.It won’t be possible. Yes, but a world of difference between what you’re saying and the idea that he can be “made match fit”.Don’t wholly agree. He played very well on Tuesday. A definite bench option . Great organiser as well.
