Yes but as usual we're late to the party, late with season tickets announcement, late with bringing out the shirts, late with incomings when we didn't have the play offs to blame this year.

I could go on and on but at the end of the day while the board/owners/money men may have experience of building grounds and businesses currently its like we're being run by a bunch of amateurs.
This is what happens when they're the other side of the world and I think the club is suffering due to this yes they are putting money in but that's no good if thier is no contact at the club and Relying on KR to do everything and until we get A DOF in I can see nothing is going to change

Which is a worry. Agent led recruitment...no thanks.

Patino, Dujon Sterling and a LOI favourite, Adam O' Reilly also clients

Btw: st pats are worth a watch tonight in Europe - especially Joe redmond and Adam O’Reilly. O’Reilly very similar to Brannagan in his pressing
Some goal from Blaney in the Sligo game.
Morahan doing well.
Substitute Mata booked for throwing the ball into the stand, while warming up.

Insurance + covering our own backs has delayed this one slightly, still gonna be done though
With respect, and I appreciate yours and others very useful "ITK" contributions, but the best way to protect the club and cover our backs, is to stop signing crocks, injury prone players and has beens.

9 players!! Got to say I totally disagree.

For me:

One right back
One centre back
One/Two centre midfielders
One/Two right wingers
One striker

If they’re all high quality players, starting XI level, then 5-7 players will be fine.

I think we still disagree on whether Brown is a CB or LB.....but other than that, I think we're converging on here in our opinions of what we need, HY!

Hopefully KR feels the same way......and is going to wow us with these signings sooner rather than later!

This is the attitude that has scuttled our promotion chances for nearly three seasons running.

‘Forget the first 10 games of the season. That’s just for getting the squad up to speed. We can always catch up.’ Nope. Those first 10 games are still 30 points up for grabs. Same number or points for the last 10 too.

We seem to find ourselves on the eve of a significant moment in the season with major departures again and the attitude to solve it later rather than now.

Always the same, and nothing will change until the owners decide to wield the axe.

The non stop verbal diarrhoea coming from certain posters just bashing of the club or KR is pathetic.
Make your point , fair enough, but a boring post every hour or so is just sad.
We have enough to see off Derby , and add players , as we will , then again another exciting season awaits which the play offs are attainable .

It’s what Kip gets off on

Totally agree, there are some on here (no names mentioned) who are absolute Bell Ends.

I am gutted Cam Bran has gone. The best player I have seen in the yellow shirt by a mile. We will miss him and the timing is awful but the release clause was met so no issues here. We get great money for someone with 11 months left on their contract.

What we now need to do is focus on Saturday with what we have, no new players will be able to play. A team of Stevens, Long, Moore, Findlay, Seddon, McGuane, Henry, Browne (he will def start CM), Murphy, Bodin and Taylor will do a good enough job and could beat Derby. They may have made a lot of signings, but are they a team? Their manager is inexperienced and is there any relegation hangover?

Moving forwards we clearly need, as a minimum, 1xRB, 2xCM, 1x Winger, 1 x Striker. It would also be great to get another LB, a CB and another winger.

I would guess we are at least close to signing 4 players before the CamBran news. A RB will be in door as Forde would not have gone.

We have the basis of a good squad, but need to get at least 4 in by the end of next week.

Well, we’ve got a month or so to splash the cash and get some quality through the door and to further strengthen in January. If we do, we’ll be competitive at the top end. If we don’t, then we won’t.

Hey ho, it’s all part of the rich football tapestry.
