I`ve been diagnosed with low Vit D as part of one of several trials. Seems I qualify for 6 months free Vitamin D tablets.

I REALLY missed my two weeks of sun,sea and Vit D it seems!!

40% of uk population have low vitamin D levels. It’s clinically proven to reduce your chances of catching Covid-19 , reducing your chances of being hospitalised if you are unluckily enough to catch it.
We have been taking it since April , interested to know how much your going to be taking?

Trials to be held in Russia only. They are going to find out if a combo of two similar vaccines based on genetic code material from the spike protein will give higher protection.
Hope this doesn't hold up the rollout of the Oxford vaccine.

Yes it is. Data also starting to show ( although its early days yet ) that once vaccinated you can’t pass the virus to others that have not been vaccinate.

Thursday stats......
40605 people in Leicestershire have tested positive - up from 40,244 (increase 361).
18999 (increase of 181) were within the Leicester City Council area.
21606 (increase of 180) cases were reported in the County.
UHL reported 3 death's. The death's occurred on the following days, 6th December (2) and 7th December (1).
Total number of UHL death's now stands at 653.

Just when things were improving....

On the bright side I`ve only got 3 days left at work then that`s me done until 2021!

Surely the question is what has gone wrong for Germany, rather than a baseline comparison of deaths measured in a different way?
Germany done really well in the first wave, implemented a lighter lockdown and now are in reverse looking at a pre-Christmas hard lockdown?

Yes, what has gone wrong for Germany, only having a third of our deaths despite having a larger population and land borders with all and sundry.

Ah - they aren't counting right, that's what it must be...
