There needs to be a compete overhaul of the Metropolitan police force.
You would like to think that the problems that arise as to the reason for Dick to resign need to be addressed with further and new training brought in to improve and get back the trust of the people.

.... maybe bringing back, 70s style of policing, similar to television's Life On Mars and The Sweeney, would be the way forward
