McGuigan? Least we would have a bit of knockout power in the midfield I suppose
I would be happy in that formation to have McGuigan sitting in front of a back 3 in a CDM role, Branagan and Rodrigues in front of him with Murphy and Leigh on the wings. We have to try something to get some forward impetus in to our play and if it's pissing down with rain so much the better as that would be a leveller. We may not win, but we need a performance if only for the fans whom I have the utmost admiration for travelling to Bolton in weather like we have at the moment. If we play like we did for 80 minutes against Cheltenham we will lose. I want to see us play like we did against Cheltenham in the last 10 minutes from start to finish.
I don't think iFollow can access the Sky feedDo sky and iFollow have different video streams?
Am I in alternative Matrix?I have absolute confidence that Des will have the boys well drilled, ready to attack, with a tactical plan that makes Guardiola look like Rix, and show these wannabes who we are. 5 nil Oxford.
Thatβs annoying. Theyβre not fan friendlyAbsolutely p*ssed off tonight to be missing my first away game in three seasons due to a total mix up in work related issues and coupled with no sales on the night in Bolton.
By 4.30 this afternoon we could have (but didn't) got away but it meant us purchasing tickets for 4 adults at lunchtime with still an outside chance of not being able to get there and then the real risk of losing the money for 4 tickets in the meantime.
Why Bolton have this policy is a mystery as I know from experience that many more northern Oxford fans would have probably made the journey if tickets were available on the night. It wasn't as if we (Oxford) were going to sell out and by surely by asking for a postcode etc would have stopped any Bolton fans of caressing any of our hands in the away section.
Oh well Bolton's loss of Β£104 but more importantly OUFC losing 4 more voices on the night.
