Hope we win of course, but their outright arrogance about thinking they'll roll us over makes you want it even more

And what support, wow. We've been to more than a few away games but that was something else. What a noise! Non-stop, just everyone bouncing, rather upset the evening for Posh!

Oh yes, walking back over the bridge into town, quite a few very disgruntled Posh. Plod were keeping a very watchful brief and other than a sideways look and a snort of derision at Mrs L, no problem. (Mrs L would have taken his head off if he'd gone any further!)

Late to the thread but:

YYYYYYYYEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS.

Absolutely beautiful. Magnificently calm penalty by Cam Bran, just a brilliant goal line clearance by Sam Long and what a save by Cumming.

Numpty handball by Burrows for the penalty but thanks so much. Ferguson claiming a penalty for what it seems hitting Bennett in the head and even if it did hit the arm, it was by his side amused me.

Just incredible. Everyone saying that we couldn't possibly hang on against Peterborough but we're made of pretty strong stuff these days. Across both games Moore and Brown were unbelievable, along with Bennett, Stevens and Long. Cumming did not only make some good saves (the last one genuinely made me cry!) but also so much more assured within positioning and command of the box. It's no coincidence that he didn't have to move an inch for 90% of their shots.

But we also defended front to back. Murphy and Dale sacrificed their games in order to do a job for the team, and Rodrigues was far more disciplined tonight. Tyler has also become a genuine midfielder and I hope he is fit to play at Wembley, but McGuane settled in the second half and worked hard.

But a final mention for Cam. I don't think I've ever seen a player who covers so much ground at such intensity. Yet when he moment arrives he is the calmest man in the ground, and it was a viral goal at a vital time.

Anyway.... Wembley baby!

Unfortunately we'd require someone with patience and good people skills :)

Yeah, but it doesn't matter how s**t they are in the play offs.

Swings and roundabouts. 🤷‍♀️

My page loaded poorly there for a second, and it showed Bennett's name 5 times in the MOTM vote up top. Quite literally nobody else to vote for 😂😂

Congratulations guys on a job well done tonight so it’s on to Wembley to face the wanderers. We nearly blew it last night I think the concentration went when we were 3 goals to the good but rather like yourselves tonight we got there somehow. It should be a cracking occasion but at least you won’t have a long trip home to suffer after we beat you!! 😁

Just seen the penalty decision. In cricket they call that a ‘great appeal’. It probably was out, but the players’ reaction gave the umpire no room for doubt.

Posh were the favourites and bottled it, let's hope you do the same. 😜

I'm just glad we are in the play off final though and will enjoy it either way. Last season we only just stayed in league one and no one was expecting us to be in with a chance of promotion this season. Big turnaround from us.

  • Booked my flight
  • Mrs Emilio isn't happy because I'm missing her birthday.
  • My bank account isn't happy because of the £274 I just spent on return flights.
  • I'm buzzing my tits off!
Did rad ox actually call you, rather than the other way round?
