So, if Goodrham and Mills are out now, we really are down to bare bones. We might have to play 5-3-2 - Thorniley fills me with dread, but not sure there is much alternative.

Beadle
Stevens Moore Thorniley Brown Bennett
McGuane Brannagan McEachran
RR Harris

Alternatively we could give Smyth a run out, and give McGuane a bit of a rest - looks like he needs it, and would be a useful option to have to bring on with 30 mins to help retain possession if we somehow had something to hang onto at that stage.

If Bodin is back, we play as a 10 behind the front two, and bench one of the 3 mids (not CB obvs, probably McGuane for reasons given above).

Thoughts?

Don’t get the negativity. There was something noble in the way we took our Derby beating.

Charlton are on a worse trot than us. Plus we have a great record against them at the Valley.

3-4-1-2 Smyth to start in midfield, MCG needs a rest. Bran further up the pitch. Rodrigues and the goal machine up front.

2-1 win. Harris to score.

Does anyone know of anywhere to park near the ground?
There used to be a bit of parking off the main road further down from Selco Travis Perkins, was mostly industrial estates but certain we parked somewhere along there.

Edit - just checked and think it was Penhall Road off the A206
