The way it's going, not for any of their MPs.
It is ....and has been for the previous 2 GEs at leastNot my constituency but imo She’s a very good MP.
Isn’t safe standing in the Lib Dem manifesto ?

I hope it’s nothing like the pie in the sky rubbish eggy keeps on about, that’s just pure dreamland and nothing like reality.A business plan is hardly going to be published before the site has been announced?
I would be pretty surprised if there wasnt a business plan. There have been pretty strong comments from all of the Board that the 5 sites have now been whittled down to 2 and there will be an announcement before the season end.
With all respect to Zaki, Tiger and NM it is not their money or decision if the investors get involved in a new ground, they front the football team side. There is a big difference in taking on a lease to a training ground and committing 10’s of millions to building a new ground.First line in the second paragraph;
"Once that is in place, then plans for the stadium and associated businesses will be forthcoming."
Once the site has been agreed then we will see far more detailed plans for the new stadium and everything that goes with it. Until then, take a look at the DC United project.
Tiger, Zaki, NM etc have all spoken of the plan to develop our own home, how a number of sites were initially considered, how that is now down to 2 preferred options, and that any liabilities for a new stadium will be on the board and not the club. They've shown with the training ground that they are looking at a long term investment in the club, and have demonstrated their intention to develop the playing side of things from the grassroots through to the first team, with promotion our target for this season.
What more do you need? A PowerPoint presentation from Tiger himself?

Isn’t it tiger and the investors who might be presented with the power point ?
You been told to keep quiet now?I'm beginning to wonder if I'm being whooshed?!
I just can't honestly understand how you can be so blind to everything! You been told to keep quiet now?
I don’t buy into your fantasy or the fantasy you are promoting.I just can't honestly understand how you can be so blind to everything!
My posts stand for themselves, take it or leave it.
Surely its not scotch egg?I don’t buy into your fantasy or the fantasy you are promoting.
Unfortunately not. The developer scaled back the plans and a golden opportunity went begging. I thought at first that was the best shot but the later plans were far less ambitious.Could the ground be part of the new Northern Gateway about to be built near Pear Tree.
So does Eric ClaptonOh I love Layla
I think everyone knows that Scotchegg is the club's designated cheerleader on here. Of course, he can only regurgitate what he's been fed - and quite honestly I hope every word he says is true and correct (I am getting my pitchfork sharpened and my pitch soaked torch ready in case it turn out not to be so ).
BUT quite obviously whatever might or might not be happening with a new stadium (or purchasing the current place) we aren't going to get any business plans leaked on here. Ever, whether they exist in relation to a new venue or not. And quite rightly so - doing so would jeopardise anything that might be developing. Does ANY business publish it's detailed plans for future developments?
As it is, we DO now have a secure, professional community-orientated training ground - so that is already a better return than any of the other recent regimes have managed. I for one will contain my impatience and wait to see what develops - after all we will know '100%' by the end of the season...
My constituency, I haven't met her. The problem I have with lib dems is all the trash through the post is about a vote for them is the only way to block cons and stop brexit. No mention of what there manifesto is. So for that reason I won't vote for them.
No one is lying, as you said it’s been suggested it doesn’t mean it will play out that way.Surely its not scotch egg?
Zaki, Tiger, NMc, the council are suggesting that this is going on behind the scenes?
Are they all lying their heads off?
No one is lying, as you said it’s been suggested it doesn’t mean it will play out that way.
My point about eggy and his fantasy, is the way he laid out the business plan of how the stadium will make the club bundles of money and the investors will happily ask for a peppercorn rent, that is the unrealistic stuff he peddles.
