That's rather unfair @Sarge when you consider players on both teams were happy to have a relaxing lay down at every opportunity.

I thought that he was generally fine.
It was a difficult game to referee and he didn't favour any team , got the big decisions right

Out of his comfort zone for sure. Last minute replacement, possibly not the most desired of replacements and demonstrated a very hit and miss style of officiating.
And, I do not like this business of waiting to see how badly injured a player is before awarding a card, or not. Either the infringement warrants a card or it does not.

i thought he did pretty well last night, was not an easy game to ref. Definitely one of the better ones
