Does it say why he’s fallen out of favour and they are desperate to get rid? I can’t remember the situation with him
If the fee becomes closer too 150 with maybe a performance based add ons so they get their money back on him, I’d say it’s worth a 2 year deal and then bring a loan in

What we need is options for when that approach isn't working.
Yeah. Funnily enough I think if we want someone alongside Harris it would be more of a Matty Taylor 4 years ago type - physical ‘fox in the box’ who just gets in the right position and puts chances away. Then Harris can be the one being a pain in the a**e pulling defences around and making pockets of space.

Despite being on the bench for Fleetwood’s 2-1 defeat at Cambridge, Marriott didn’t get any game time.

Which is a bit odd. Losing with 9 minutes to go and you don’t throw on a striker or two.

The 400k being spoken about in the summer always seemed way over the top, could be worth a punt for half that figure?

Or have we moved on to other targets?

I struggle to believe Fleetwood don’t have financial problems, the owner is in prison for the rest of this decade and they have gone from mid table to rock bottom, everyone pretends that they are alright but I can’t see any bankrolled club surviving what has happened (without new ownership) and tiny Fleetwood are the epitome of a club bankrolled by one man, they are playing at least two levels or more above their natural position. So money on the table for a very expensive striker who doesn’t play has got to be considered, can’t see the harm in being cheeky and putting in a low offer.

Talking of scouting lower league talent... reckon we have eyes on that Jodi Jones at Notts County? Got some great stats this season.
Not sure he would be the kind of player Des would be looking for?
Doesn't he play left wing back now ( so wouod you have him ahead of Greg Leigh?)

That’s away to Burton though, nailed on win for the best team to ever be assembled in this division. So put that down as a draw on your coupon.
6 teams can pass them with 1 result,

Charlton need 7 straight wins and us 7 straight losses for them to pass us.

Never in the history of human football predictions has 1 man been so wrong on so many occasions. i give you kip!, always believe the opposite.

They no doubt need the money. I’d be happier with Young as he’s proven to get goals. Be greedy and go for both

Rumoured they are after JCH! Young is only proven in the sense he scored in L2 earlier this season, he hasn't previously. Not to say that won't continue but he isn't proven as of yet.
