My wife's email address has no surname and was accepted!
mine has no surname whatsoever - I had no issues in completing the survey

my eldest granddaughter who has only been to two OUFC matches in her 17 years has filled in the survey,

expecting to hear that her two sisters ( the middle one being a semi regular at home games, ) have filled in the survey in the next day or so

Tell them they're out of the will if not!!

Done Friday evening
Was down in Kidlington yesterday.
Just depressing, there’s a lot of good people live there,
But boy are they being let down by the people who they vote in charge.
Just more housing and nothing else has changed, since the mid 80s. When I moved there.

My youngest daughter, and her partner (living in NI) have filled in the survey, my eldest grandson (aged14) will be filling his in tonight, after school

Done today.

I expressed my thoughts on it and left a message about hoping the council can take a reasoned approach to it, and dismiss those who have predetermined views when proclaiming not to.

My concern is an FOI request from
FOSB to see how many non oufc supporters were in favour and to use that as ammo as to the benefits to the community not being favoured
well yeah obviously but if you were wanting to get as complete a view of this as you could before making a decision then seeing what fans think vs non fans is probably a reasonable way to look at it. Just because it may harm our case it doesn't mean it isn't a fair question or a useful factor to think of, unfortunately

Yeah exactly, I think it's reasonable. Which is why we need to get as many people to complete the survey as possible, in hope that the responses are so overwhelmingly positive that even if 'non-fans' views are weighted it won't change the outcome.

So, if there is no weighting put on someone's location, what is to stop FOSB or the Green Party getting loads of random yoghurt eating, sandal wearing, joss stick lighting, hippies and anti progress people from all over the UK to fill out the survey stating that they are against it?

I know that might seem extreme, but it's quite possible that these people network with other like minded organisations to stop any kind of progress. They could be very devious and even claim to be fans of OUFC, as none of it is provable.

The same could also apply to Swindon fans, but that would require them to have electricity, and are able to read and write, so I think we're safe on that one.

You can guarantee the antis, will be getting everyone they know& sympathisers to fill it..

I like yoghurt and wear sandals.

If the survey is set up properly they'll be checking the postcode against the IP address. That should help stop the multies.

This is OCC we're talking about - thank goodness though it isn't KPC as I'm not sure they would know what an IP address is.

my sister has filled hers in as has her husband- both are Kidlington residents

she's forwarded the link on to her sons (& their families)- two of her sons have OX5 postcodes( the other OX4)
