Loved the way that Ian Middleton proudly stated that all the produce was sourced locally - from a catering company in Woodstock. Conventionally ignoring that they had sourced everything from a wholesalers who ship fruit and veg from all around the world with a huge carbon footprint attached to every item.

Maybe we can convince him that the new stadium will be built from locally sourced materials if we shop at Buildbase!
