Rock paper scissors

So a referee who forgot his coin and settled the ends and kick off in a woman's game with rock, paper, scissors has been banned for three weeks.
He has been criticised as being unprofessional .
Really? So players can dive all over the place and cheat and normally get away with it but 3 week ban here?
Get a life FA!!

Be tempted to give him a promotion for improvisation. Although he might have considered borrowing 10p form the crowd or a pendant or medallion from one of the players?

Perhaps the FA has banned pendants and medallions as a threat to life or incitement to religious hatred? I'd have liked to see my grandma play in her accustomed role as.a holding midfielder wearing her scapular containing the true shinbone of St Eulalia.

One can only hope that the act of wildly flicking a coin into space has been properly risk-assessed.
