I've been to a Manchester United match. It was just as awful as I imagined - all the fans around me were just foreign fans of individual players, didn't hear a Mancunian accent within the ground. Everyone watching through iPads.

I assume this is all about atmosphere. They'd do well to prioritise and place locals separately to the tourists.

I've been to one as well, was surrounded by people who had travelled as far as I had to get there.
