Who sent this email out? Yellow background and white text is totally off-putting and unreadable. I'm sure an error but goes against all web accessibility.

The text should be dark blue. Do you have dark mode switched on? That might have changed the text colour. We'll look into it further.

I've only been able to replicate it in emails by setting the email app to dark mode, (which flips text to white). As that isn't what you have going on I'm going to have to dig around a bit more to find out what is going on. Have also sent you a dm.
