Yes, it's a results business and yes we've been inconsistent (although what a performance last Saturday) but I cant tell you how important it is to me that a manager represents the club properly. Des does this so well and I am very proud to have him represent Oxford Utd. People will say I'm sentimental and results and performance matters. Of course they do but lets give the guy a bit of time and a proper close season. In the meantime let's be proud of conversations like this. I've no idea if Des' nephew is disabled or just a young lad who enjoyed the sensory room but as the dad of an autistic son I am very proud to see these sorts of conversations take place.
