With the recent news concerning the new owner of Sunderland, would it be right to assume that Mr Donald will no longer be considered as a co-opted member of the trust committee?
I thought Jem clarified elsewhere a while ago that Stuart wouldn’t be continuing. I could be wrong.
Just to stop the rumour mill running away with this one, in light of recent events, it will be discussed by the committee and members informed accordingly.

As a member I feel it would not be in the best interest of either Oxvox or OUFC if this was allowed to happen. In addition this is not solely a matter for the committee. However I thank you for replying to my post.

By the constitution of the trust it is exactly a matter for the committee. And Stewart, of course.
However I thank you for your views,

No thank you.
If it is the committees veiw that the owner of a club that is competing in the same league, indeed the same division as Oxford United, should be offered a co-opted place onto the committee and therefore may access to information that is not shared with the membership, then that certainly will call into question the constitution in my opinion. As for Mr Donald he again in my opinion, should have no say in this matter, other than to accept the position if the committee took the unusual, no bizarre decision to offer him a place.
We wait for the new committees decision on this matter.
Has he taken the basket case club over yet? this seem premature until their deal is done, I agree with your sentiment. No thank you.

So its not finalised yet then, thanks for the update.Eastleigh has been sold according to the BBC and as with Sunderland just waiting for the green light from the respective leagues. It’s just a matter of time before the deals are completed on both clubs.
Does this typo confirm that you are indeed Mark Sennett, master of the fat fingers? No thank you.
