Barnsley are expelled from the FA Cup for fielding an ineligible player in their first-round replay win at non-league Horsham.

Was he ineligible for just the FA Cup or League games too? If he’s played in league games it could result in points being deducted.

He was a Barnsley player on loan to a non-league side when the original tie was played, then recalled to play in the replay. FA Cup rules say as he wasn't available for the first game, he shouldn't have played in the replay.
