Even if we improve next season this is not the coach that will get us promoted from league one. He’s really just not acerbic enough.

We’ve got people on here getting excited that his master strategy is for the center mids to win it and pass it to the wingers as if that’s something an under 9 coach couldn’t rustle up. 🤔😡

This is worrying. Wasn’t expecting much from this game and whether we make the playoffs or not probably depends more on how we do on the other 8 games than it ever was from this one.

But getting an absolute hammering on TV could kill our season.

Can we nick an undeserved goal before HT to change the narrative of the team-talk a little and set in a bit of nervousness?

I’m already bored of Sky telling me how utterly fantastic at every facet of football Bolton are. You’d think Sheehan was the second coming of Xavi…
 
So that two professional fouls (on Dale and MaGuane) as we break from deep and no bookings so they'll continue to do it.
 
Murphy one of the only Oxford players looking to have any ability whatsoever. And this is someone that most fans want to get rid of.

We’ve been pathetic so far. Playing with a real inferiority complex and scared to move our defensive line away from the edge of the penalty area.
