Mous wasn't in charge today.
KR picked the team chose the substitutes and the tactics.
I would assume that Short was equal on the touchline to Mous.
One game doesn’t change everything he has to win a few now on the trot to start regaining people confidence in him.
Time will tell he has probably earned the right to another month but Mous was the man today a man that had a lot of respect in the changing room.

Seddon at right back, Brown at left-back, no wingers to bring on, but yes, we can say well done Robinson. It’s a misfit, imbalanced squad, but they still beat one of the better sides in this league.
The league table doesn’t lie, they are a decent team but looked toothless today. One great save from Eastwood and the defence dug in - they didn’t create much.

We deserved to win - one terrific strike and two scrappy ones, I‘ll take that.

7 points out of the last 12 bazzer, I’d say the form is turning.

Beginning to lose credibility I'm afraid. Trying to justify that Mous was in charge in today devalues any argument against KR
So we lose the next three games and will you still try and justify? Likewise we win those 3 games people will start to have confidence in KR again but win one game can’t change things.
Won’t knock todays performance very positive result against one of the meanest defence in L1.
When we have a fully fit squad and if we can keep up these performances and grind out positive results then a lot more will have confidence in KR but to say it after one great win is wrong.

As pathetic as saying he should go and then a day later making sure everyone knows how endeared you are to him, and how he has done everything correct today apart from sort out the famine in Somalia, and the war in Ukraine?
2 different conversations.

Has he been doing a great job for Oxford United this season? No. Should he have lost his job? Probably.

But…. Does he deserve enormous credit for the turnaround in performances and results? Yes.

It’s the same recycled irony we seem to have every day. One minute he’s got too much control, does it all himself and he’s dragging us down. Then when things pick up he’s somewhere in the background??

Come on… Can you hear yourselves??? Contradictions everywhere you look! So childish.

This coming from the person quoted within the last couple of days as saying he has to go. :ROFLMAO:

Please, just for once, try to read a post and understand the context rather than just picking out the odd word. My 6 year old is being taught comprehension, maybe he can give you some tips!!

I said that I've come to the conclusion that Robinson isn't the manager to take this club forward, and I still think that's true. But I've never once said that he has to go immediately as he's always been capable of getting the team to fight for points. And while he's still doing that he is helping the team get a more stable base for someone else to come in and build on.

I still like Robinson and want him to succeed, and even replied to you yesterday saying that we should want a win from every game regardless of who is in charge.

It's honestly not difficult to see that the huge grey that exists between Robinson staying or going.

Why is it, don’t just come on saying pathetic, back it up?

Mous was in charge today!

2 results great 4 points, but we’ve been absolutely dogshit since January. It will take more than 4 points to convince me we’ve turned a corner.

Those two results will mean f**k all if we lose to Fleetwood.

No he wasn’t

Yes they do
