I would imagine that they would think that it is bollox.
The club have a licence with Kassam. There is no way that I can see Force Majure being a reason for any party getting out of the contract.
Why would Kassam kick the club out (he is getting a very good rent)?
Why would the club leave at the moment when they are contracted to stay.

It’s someone who doesn’t work for the club but has no reason to lie, with a source like that I am surprised we are not headlining sky sports news as we speak.
