Sensible from Henderson, get that final windfall contract in while he can. Salford have themselves a good player there though. Rochdale will have to go some to replace him, albeit I realise they released him because of the financial uncertainty around the 'Rona.

Prolific striker Ian Henderson signs for Salford City after departing Rochdale.

I would fear for Rochdale next year without him. Always seem to stay up by the thinnest of margins as it is, and he's been consistently brilliant for them. Just checking out his wiki, even this past season he scored 15 in 31 apps (a goal every two games at the age of 35 in a team 4 points outside the relegation places), and last year he scored 20 goals in a side that finished just outside the relegation spots, too. I don't see how they're going to replace that volume of goals.
