Its mostly about the level crossing which I thought they were closing could be wrong on that but I don't see how something 2 miles away will have a impact

Probably. That doesn’t mean that OUFC will just agree to it. If what the councillor wrote is true, it seems as though OUFC have asked for edits/additions to the agreement.

Yes but if they have passed it on to us and we've looked through it agreed and signed then why wouldn't they sign it as they are the ones who drew it up

Surely then we wouldn't of signed it until they agreed and it was passed back to us with the amendment

I think Middleton should put his finger out and start campaigning for a bridge to replace the level crossing in Yarnton Lane. I know it well. When I was a little kid me and my friends used to cycle up there from Kidlington to play on it, leaving stones on the line before a train came past to see what would happen.
