Also not all staff will come from actual Kidlington. It's probably true that there could be some difficulties with staffing, but that seems to be true of most hospitality venues in southern England at the moment.This argument is a stupid one, even if it did have full employment that doesn't mean it always will and its completely ignoring the planned population increase after the housing development or that more local employment means employment in other areas becomes available.
