New Stadium Plans - The Triangle - Planning

Is it right that sonepeople of FOSB and their mates are property developers?
If so who?
This would be absolute hypocrisy again from them ( again) as presumably most times they build, diversity is compromised a little?
Google Caroline Jayne Church Limited and look who is a director on companies house.

"The Kassam is known to be available"

Yes, from 2026 it is available to be turned into houses.

What are the "safety issues?"

Its not available though. It's in Oxford local plan 2040 to be developed into housing once the covenant on the land that ends in October 2026.

There is a triangle parcel of land that was once contaminated, used as a Motorcross track 20 years ago, on a main bus route and right across from a train station. Let's build there 😄

Yes they have it dropped last Thursday evening I was expecting more objections today but not as yet
It sounds as if mainly positive responses since then.
Have FoSB told people what to say and leaflet dropped yet?

This is becoming a farce, does any of the following have a bearing on what Oxford United have submitted.

Oxford United's proposed 16,000 capacity stadium &
180-bed hotel next to Kidlington Roundabout means...
  • Regular road closures and diversions
  • Traffic jams and gridlock
  • Widespread parking issues
  • Residents' parking schemes
  • Air and noise pollution
Diversion
ROAD CLOSED ACCESS ONLY
  • Safety issues
  • Loss of yet more Green Belt
  • Closure of the Kidlington Gap
  • Destruction of biodiverse wildlife habitat
FOSB should face a court appearance for misrepresentation of the facts.

Like the use of ‘previously contaminated site’. Did the decontamination occur as soon as OUFC decided to build their stadium there rather the Stratfield Brake?

Billy you are really close to all that is going on.
Do you think that there will be a load of anti stadium objections at the last minute?
Or have FOSB really annoyed people so much together with a positive view of the stadium, that we will see less opposition that we thought?

Honestly I think there will be a few but no where near what they are hoping for. I think we will see more in support in Kidlington itself than against.
The older generation might walk to a polling station but when it comes to going online to fill a form out I don't think they will do it.
If we take the occ consultation and the poll 3k at the poll occ consultation down to 1000 while our numbers have dropped also I think they have grown stronger in Kidlington it's quite tell that Mrs b only asked today where the portal was didn't seem to know what it was

Since the attempted money grab by fosb Ive had the feeling that quite a few have gone off of fosb and even more so the more false information they have come out with I think those against have seen that us Oxford supporters have been telling the truth all the way along.
