That must make Josh Ruffles the only player to do it this century as solely a football league/cup player, as the others all played a mixture of league/conference/cups? He has certainly done it at the highest level with a large amount of his 200 starts being in league one.
I was going to add Matt Robinson who was an ever present for four seasons. Just checked RageOn and he falls short on 191 starts (1 sub)
