Southend U18s beat pompey U18s (4-1) to take the u18s title (part2)
cant find a current/final u18s league table as yet.... if Sufc u18s won it, Oufc & scum u18s are joint second on points, gd will define 2nd & 3rd placings I think?
That's how it is. Think we finish behind them sadly, would have needed a big swing to overtake them, something like a 5-0 win.
think we( as in our u18s) needed a 4 or 5 nil win to overtake scum u18s after last saturdays 2-1 defeat ( and scum u18s 5-0 win).... when Lofthouse warmed the first team bench, with little likeyhood, IMO, of featuring against Donny, his firepower was missed by our U18s last week in their penultimate matchWe're level with them on points, and goal difference. They will probably stay above us on goals scored though?
One more goal would have done it though.
We wondered round the ground but there were 3 Sw***** porple there who had links to the club or players (?).
One was giving ridiculous abuse to the linesman over some reasonably uncontentious decisions.
Dan Harris coolly told this guy to shut up or he would be asked to leave. He was quiet from then on. Bit of class from Dan Harris.
It was the linesman that told him if he kept on he would be removed from the ground, I was stood next to the incident
Yes and Dan Harris told him he would be asked to leave if he didnt shut up. Probably around 10 minutes later.Dan Harris come up to him about 30mins later and shook his hand
hope Dan washed his hands afterDan Harris come up to him about 30mins later and shook his hand
The swine youth’s lesson should be ‘know your place’.maybe that’s the first lesson they learn when they join the youth teams - know your enemy

KR on rad-ox re Fabio Lopez sending off earlier ...'its a local derby, its what it all about, he won't be disciplined by me'
What number was Parillion Chambers? It was very stupid by Lopes though and that goes to the other Oxford players who got themselves involved. The Ref had already shown the Red Card to the Swindon no.8 before it all kicked off. Also, throwing punches isn't bright to begin with.
On the rest of the game, definitely wind affected! Thoroughly entertaining to watch. Superb free kick by Owen James for the 3rd. Leon Parillion-Chambers looks a quality player, he really stood out alongside Lofthouse.
Don't know what number he was but he's a scholar taken on a year ago. But he's performing remarkably well for someone who's over two thousand years old, according to his profileWhat number was Parillion Chambers?
Ische signed up for next season?

I went but unfortunately didnt have the names of the players (I recognised a few of them)
Number 8 was excellent. Do you know who that was?
