General Ticketing and Retail

That's a pain-have you tried registering again from scratch which will tell you if the system does in fact hold yr email address
Thank you for that. So I was able to create a new account with the same email address and then it said I had multiple accounts with that email address and would I like to link them!
 
Is it just me or can we still NOT sign into the online shop?
Club update on ticketing/retail and the need for a password reset posted on 23rd Feb had this within it

"Supporters wanting to purchase merchandise from the online store should continue using the ‘Guest Checkout’ option until further notice."

And with that disappears any option for season ticket holder discounts. Clever move by the club?
 
I am still struggling with the online ticketing.
I log into my account.
Then when I try and buy a Shrewsbury ticket, it then takes me to my account settings.
I then have to click on tickets again, and then add a Shrewsbury ticket.
Some sort of double logging in.
