Inexperienced and it showed too - consistently inconsistent.... allowed a ridiculous amount of shirt pulling to go unpunished ( mainly on O Donkor) - Vale played his inexperience very well, sadly, conned constantly by their sub WW anti football approach - a below average 3 from me

Refs these days are not helped by players cheating and trying to con them.

I thought he was OK. A big step up from Fridays offering. Little bit inconsistent but one of the better ones we have had

Missed a clear cut penalty for Vale.
Very inconsistent handling of fouls that were the same.
Cards were all correct.

Interestngly on the Vale forum they reckoned we should have had a pen in the first half (for a blatant shirt pull in the box) - I can't say I noticed!
