It will be a flexible away end. For league matches you have to offer 10% of seating to away fans, for (most) cup matches it is 15%. Having the flexibility to switch easily without losing lots of seating to segrgation zones will be a vast improvement.
Yes, thanks for confirming. We've raised this. There have been issues of leaking aircon plus condensation in one of the other stands, I got confused (easy done some would say).

As I was in the stadium early to help with balloons, I checked out a number of the toilet blocks and they were all clean and fully stocked before the turnstiles opened.

No. There's no conspiracy. The submission date is given as a guideline so you can be sure your response is included when the planning committee meets. Anyone can respond right up to the meeting date but risk their response not being included in deliberations.
They give closing date only as a guideline. They are still accepting responses, but the later someone leaves it the greater the risk that it won't be included in their analyses.
