I think they may act sooner than you think. They are not stupid and know that no players like him for no other reason then he does very little to coach them. The word is very out in the football world and we will struggle to get players if he stays much longer.

Our club tend to stick by our managers and give them time if we can see a plan. Like Clotet days no one can see a plan with Buckingham. The staff can’t, the fans can’t and the players can’t. Job of a manager is to get players working as a team - that’s why no club can buy their way to winning.

While it must be hard for him where do you get the information that he is not supported. Back room team are there and doing all they can to support but he needs to use that support. Investiment is the same previous manager had but what he does and how he does it is up to him.

The board have not been the best recently but this is not on them. Hired Buckingham as they thought like many of us that he would be good for the club. They gave him chances to get an assistant but he couldn’t - that’s not the boards fault. His coaching has been a suprise but not a nice one...
