Well done Oxford.
A huge 3 points. Great to see O'Donkor, Spasov, Golding, Golding get more game time.
Good to see Browne back.
On to Shrewsbury. Really hope Findlay doesn't have an injury.

We did lose a game like that a month ago...
I know, but with all the injuries and a crap transfer window, it's a positive that the boys stuck in and defeated a time-wasting team and the referee (from what I heard anyway).

Very happy with the win, and for that well done KR and the lads for grinding it out
👏👏

But man, we, are, shite!

Against any other team, that isn’t as awful as Burton, we would’ve been battered, we were so disjointed and disorganised, all over the place.

Mous MOTM for me, the best CB at the club in my opinion, such an assured performance again, and gets the nod from now on, miles ahead of Findlay as far as I’m concerned.

Like I say, happy with the win, but I ain’t kidding myself, we’re poor.

Mous playing again and playing assuredly is akin to a signing

we weren’t exactly good though it’s hard to play football against a team hoofing it into the air the whole time. I thought Eastwood Mous and Long were fine (was he fouled for the goal?) and the kids were great. Obvs shouldn’t be in this position, it’s pretty unbelievable- I guess we can salvage something by signing a couple of free agents now.

Cannot understand the Findlay criticism at all.

We won today because a limited side just launched aimless long throw ins into our box while our centre halves ate them up. We’ve dealt with set pieces and defended well all season, despite a lack of fluency or consistency in the team structure further forward. Findlay, Brown, Moore, Long, Mous today, all deserve plenty of credit for that.

Totally agree.
Burton are very poor but have scored a few goals this season. They will cause a lot if problems from their long throws, but the CBs generally did well.
