Non-League Marcus Maddison

After dropping down to non-league football due to mental health reasons, he's now asking for 3k in donations for a knee operation.

Obviously its very sad + unfortunate he was unable to continue playing professionally, but having been paid a L1 wage for 7yrs (~3k a week?) I'm struggling to pity for him with respect to this.

Also would have thought the PFA would have been involved, or this only apply to current professionals?
